MEMBERSHIP FEES - Blue Dot LLC requires Vendors wishing to place specific offers to Investors (“Vendor Members”) and Investor Members (“Investors”) to use the services of www.thinkbluedot.com for a minimum of six months. By agreeing to the Terms of Use and subscribing to a monthly membership, you are giving Blue Dot LLC full permission to debit your credit card monthly at the current rate of $49.95 per month for investors, $29.95 per month for Vendor Members for the next 6 months. Once locked in to this rate Blue Dot LLC may not increase, decrease or change your monthly rate. Members may cancel their membership at anytime through email. Please allow 2 weeks for cancellation.

There is no time frame associated with posting a specific property on thinkbluedot.com. It is the sole responsibility of the investor to notify Blue Dot LLC of any changes, corrections, and deletion of property information.
3. APPLICABLE LAW - The Web Site is controlled by Blue Dot LLC, with offices controlled in the state of Indiana, U.S.A.
